When DeBrie's heart stopped in the bathroom at C.W. Swappigan's, Tobias rushed her to a hospital. Dr. Tilive told Tobias and DeBrie, that DeBrie was riddled with "itises" and "oususes", but Tobias decided to stay with her to keep the dream alive.
